Tiatr Day was celebrated on 4th June 2014
As 17th April 2014 was Maundy Thursday, it had to be postponed to this date
It’s a joint celebration by Kala Academy and Tiatr Academy of Goa
The Chief Guest Dy. CM Francis D’Souza could not make it due to death / funeral of BJP Union Cabinet Minister Gopinath Munde whose funeral was also on this day
The awards were given by Tiatr Academy’s vice President Joe Rose and the guest of honour
Tiatrist John Claro.
Tomazinho Cardozo, former TAG president was also present, besides Dattguru Amonkar of KA..
Six Sr. Tiatrists felicitated on the occasion (see individual pics below)
The award consists of Shawl, Memento and Rs.10,000 cash
